To provide sustainable, high-quality care to our global community, we are not a 24/7 on-call service.
We treat on-demand requests with high priority and a deep understanding of your need for timely relief. While our intention is always to provide support significantly sooner, we ask for your understanding that, in rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours for support to be rendered. We wish to be clear that this reflects an extreme outer limit for unforeseen circumstances, not a typical response time.

Service Policy

All services are rendered remotely for clients internationally; we do not need to be available at the exact same time to work together. Please be mindful that the Practitioner serves a global community.

Notification Window: The 24-48 hour pre-emptive notification window is a strong recommendation for optimal results but is not a strict deadline. Notifications received outside this window will still be honored and addressed as soon as the Practitioner is able.

Service Fulfillment: A service cycle is considered "rendered" once the Practitioner has confirmed receipt of the Client's monthly pre-emptive notification and activated the energetic support. The Client's monthly fee secures their access to the service for that entire billing cycle, regardless of whether they actively use the on-demand support feature.

Scheduling: The Practitioner does not maintain a traditional booking calendar. The service is designed to be flexible, client-initiated, and operates with consideration for clients in multiple time zones.
