1. Service Description
The Goddesses' Grace Membership provides monthly energetic support to prevent and alleviate menstrual discomfort. This includes pre-emptive support activated before your cycle, and on-demand support for any additional relief required, when necessary. This is a complementary wellness service and is not a substitute for medical care.
2. Client Partnership & Responsibilities
The Service is a collaborative partnership. For optimal results, the Client agrees to:
Provide notification of their anticipated period start date via text or e-mail 24-48 hours in advance. (If texting from outside of the US, please be mindful that you may incur additional charges from your mobile device provider. You are advised to e-mail us instead.)
Understand that this pre-emptive notification is the primary mechanism of the Service and is crucial for its effectiveness. This is the core of the service, and we kindly request that you do your due diligence to notify us in a timely manner so we may best serve you.
Respect that on-demand support offered as a compassionate safety net with a guaranteed 24-hour response window.
For on-demand requests, provide clear communication about the need for support.
3. Practitioner Commitment
We are committed to your comfort and treat on-demand requests with high priority, fully understanding the need for timely relief. To provide a clear and reliable expectation for you—and to respect the practitioner's schedule, ensuring we can serve all clients sustainably—we guarantee a response and energetic support in no more than 24 hours. We emphasize that this extreme upper limit is for rare and unforeseen circumstances, as our intention is always to provide relief significantly sooner.
4. Booking & Service Policy
All services are delivered remotely to clients internationally; we do not need to be available at the exact same time to work together. Please be mindful that the Practitioner serves a global community.
Notification Window: The 24-48 hour pre-emptive notification window is a strong recommendation for optimal results but is not a strict deadline. Notifications received outside this window will still be honored and addressed as soon as the Practitioner is able, with a guarantee that services will be rendered within 24 hours. (See "3. Practitioner Commitment")
Service Fulfillment: A service cycle is considered "rendered" once the Practitioner has confirmed receipt of the Client's monthly pre-emptive notification and activated the energetic support. The Client's monthly payment secures their access to the service for that entire payment period, regardless of whether they actively use the on-demand support feature.
Scheduling: The Practitioner does not maintain a traditional booking calendar. The service is designed to be flexible, client-initiated, and operates with consideration for clients in multiple, international time zones.
5. Free Trial & Billing
For new clients only, your subscription includes a 30-day free trial, requiring a valid payment method. Upon trial completion, your card will be automatically charged the monthly fee of $97. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until canceled.
6. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Client: You may cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid charges. We operate with integrity and fairness. Refunds for a paid cycle are only issued if you cancel before sending your monthly pre-emptive notification for that cycle. Once services have been rendered for a billing period, no refund is provided unless the Client is dissatisfied and requests their money back through our 100% Money-Back Guarantee (See "7. 100% Money-Back Guarantee).
Cancellation by Practitioner: The Practitioner reserves the right to cancel or suspend a Client's subscription at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at their discretion. A refund will always be issued in this case.
Membership Renewal: If you have requested a refund before services have been rendered, you are more than welcome to renew your membership at any time, and we will honor the price you most previously paid.

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee to ensure complete satisfaction and peace of mind for all of our new and existing clients. If you have paid for a payment period, services are rendered, and you are dissatisfied, we wholeheartedly welcome you to request a full refund for the current payment period, no questions asked. To prevent abuse of this guarantee, which we sincerely offer for the confidence and peace of mind of all current and potential clients, you agree that in requesting and accepting a refund in this manner: you cannot re-subscribe for one (1) full calendar year from the refund date, and upon any future re-subscription, you forfeit all grandfathered pricing and must subscribe at current rates.
Note: If you have cancelled before services are rendered, and are not requesting a refund for dissatisfaction of services rendered, you may renew your membership at any time, and we will honor the price you most previously paid. (See "6. Cancellation & Refund Policy")
8. Communication Policy
Essential to our partnership is clear communication. Using the e-mail address you provide us, we maintain a single channel for: Service Operations (account/subscription details); Reward Fulfillment (notifications when you've qualified for rewards); and New Opportunities (announcements of meaningful new resources). Communication occurs only in the name of necessity, transparency, and in consideration of the Client's benefit. We pledge never to spam or sell your data. By enrolling, you agree to this protocol.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In no event shall Jhanapunk Holistic, the Practitioner(s), its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party related to the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
You specifically acknowledge that the Practitioner(s) is/are not liable for the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties and that the risk of injury from the foregoing rests entirely with you. Furthermore, the Practitioner will have no liability to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This agreement gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under this agreement will not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
